The Grievance Redressal Cell was established shortly after the institution’s inception as instructed by UGC for a fair and impartial process for addressing and resolving student’s complaints. The cell aims to maintain a harmonious educational environment and uphold the values of justice and equality. The cell comprised the head of the institution, HOD’s, a coordinator and two student representatives respectively. The students can submit their grievance through the coordinator and it is reviewed to determine its validity and scope by the members of the cell. There are continuous check-ins to ensure the issue is fully resolved.
