FYUGP Commerce- Programme Specific Outcomes

PSOs are statements that describe what a Commerce Graduate student should able to do.

PSO 1 Understand the laws and regulations on business organisations and their compliance.

PSO 2 Understand co-operative institutions' origin, functions, governance, and role in community engagement.

PSO 3 Apply management concepts and theories to improve the skills across the functional areas of business.

PSO 4 Apply assessment procedures of direct and indirect tax, and tax planning.

PSO 5 Apply the formalities and procedures in law, finance, HR, and taxation in global business operations.

PSO 6 Apply technology and software for accounting and business data analysis.

PSO 7 Analyse the logistics and supply chain management systems and practices in business operations.

PSO 8 Critically analyse the strategies in designing and marketing of sustainable tourism products.

PSO 9 Analyse the concepts and theories of marketing in formulating strategies for business.

PSO 10 Critically analyse the sources and application of funds in financial market and develop appropriate investment strategies.

PSO 11 Evaluate the operational and financial performance of business entities, based on cost and financial statements prepared adhering transparency and disclosure principles.

PSO 12 Develop creativity quotient, awareness, values and ethics with sustainability in business practices.

PSO 13 Generate skills for designing a research plan including data collection, analysis, interpretation, and preparation of research reports

Chemistry - Programme Specific Outcomes

PSO-1
Acquire expertise across chemistry domains: physical, organic, inorganic, and analytical. Proficiently predict reaction pathways, analyze outcomes, and interpret data using advanced analytical methods. Employ instruments for modeling chemical processes and evaluate theories and methods. Improve communication skills with chemistry software for creating molecular structures and visuals.
PSO-2
Analyze chemical processes, apply findings to problem-solving, and utilize advanced analytical techniques. Embrace sustainability by using chemical software and tools responsibly, and cultivate an eco-friendly mindset by understanding pollution impacts on air, water, and soil.
PSO-3
Inculcate the spirit of originality, novelty, and necessity in scientific research and, thereby, develop a mindset to scientifically recognize, evaluate, and creatively solve research challenges and share knowledge in an interdisciplinary way to contribute to society's academic and industrial needs

Economics & Media study - Programme Specific Outcomes

Islamic History- Programme Specific Outcomes

Upon completion of the programme the graduate will be able to

Acquire new knowledge about the history of Islam and will demonstrate the ability to critically analyses historical events, texts, and interpretations, applying diverse perspectives and analytical frameworks to evaluate complex issues in Islamic history.
