Mannaniya College of Arts & Science is an outstanding educational
institution affiliated to the University of Kerala. Started in 1995
in a remote and under developed village 50 kms east of Thiruvananthapuram
named Pangode, Its existence owes to the far sighted vision of Jamiya
Mannaniya Islamiya Charitable Society, a body of Muslim religious scholars.
The campus is spread on 16 acres of greenery and scenery, providing a serene and tranquil atmosphere for teaching and learning. The college enjoys 2F and 12B status of the UGC and provides higher education to about 500 students in four UG courses. The college has also been granted minority status by National Minority Commission.
